FAQs
Is Installation Included in the Quotation?
Installation is not automatically included in every quotation. The required service depends on the product size, mechanical complexity, project location and buyer’s local technical capabilities.
Some smaller models can be installed using detailed instructions, marked connections and remote technical guidance. Large dinosaurs, servo-controlled models and complete themed projects may require on-site installation support.
The quotation should clearly state whether it includes installation labor, travel expenses, accommodation, lifting equipment, foundations, local workers and testing. Buyers can review Gecai Culture’s project and after-sales services before confirming the required level of installation support.
