FAQs
Can Buyers Inspect the Products Before Shipping?
Yes. Buyers should review the finished appearance, movements, sound, controls and accessories before the products are packed. Photos and test videos can be provided so the buyer can check the agreed specifications remotely.
For larger projects, the inspection process may also include movement testing, continuous operation testing, measurements, electrical checks and confirmation of detachable sections. An in-person or third-party inspection may be arranged when agreed in advance.
Any requested changes should be confirmed before packing. Buyers should retain the approved drawings, movement list, test videos and final inspection records for reference during installation and future maintenance.
